1.1 Automatically Collected Data

When Sorea is added to a server or used by members, the following data may be collected:

• ●Server Information — Server ID, server name, member count
• ●User Information — User ID, username (for invite tracking and command usage)
• ●Invite Data — Invite codes, inviter/invited user IDs, invite counts, join/leave timestamps
• ●Voice Channel Data — Channel IDs and configuration for Voice Master (no audio is recorded)
• ●Ticket Data — Ticket channel IDs, creator user ID, and transcripts when enabled by admins
• ●Settings Data — Server-specific configuration set by administrators

1.2 Data We Do NOT Collect

• ●Message content (except ticket transcripts when explicitly enabled)
• ●Voice audio or recordings
• ●Email addresses, IP addresses, or real names
• ●Payment or financial information
• ●Data from servers where Sorea is not present

We use collected data solely to:

• ●Provide and operate Bot features (invite tracking, voice channels, tickets, greetings)
• ●Display statistics and leaderboards within your server
• ●Maintain and improve Bot performance and reliability
• ●Detect and prevent abuse or misuse of the Bot

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.

• ●All data is stored in a MongoDB database hosted on secure infrastructure
• ●Access to the database is restricted and protected by authentication
• ●Bot tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted
• ●We implement reasonable security measures, but no system is 100% secure

• ●Server data is retained as long as Sorea is a member of your server
• ●When Sorea is removed, associated data may be deleted or retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion
• ●User-specific data is retained as long as the associated server data exists
• ●You may request earlier deletion by contacting us

You have the right to:

• ●Access — Request a copy of the data we store about you or your server
• ●Deletion — Request deletion of your data at any time
• ●Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
• ●Opt-out — Remove the Bot from your server to stop future data collection

Sorea does not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your jurisdiction). If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
