Terms of Service

By inviting, using, or interacting with Sorea, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server and discontinue use.

Sorea is a multi-purpose Discord bot that provides the following features:

• ●Invite Tracking — Track and manage server invites, leaderboards, and invite rewards
• ●Voice Master — Create and manage temporary private voice channels
• ●Ticket System — Create and manage support tickets with transcripts
• ●Moderation — Ban, unban, and server management tools
• ●Server Statistics — Join/leave stats, server info, and user info
• ●Greeting System — Customizable welcome messages
• ●Antinuke Protection — Automated server protection against nuking, mass bans, and unauthorized changes
• ●Giveaway System — Create and manage server giveaways

You agree not to:

• ●Use Sorea for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• ●Attempt to exploit, abuse, or overload the Bot or its infrastructure
• ●Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the Bot in an abusive manner
• ●Circumvent rate limits or other protective measures
• ●Use the Bot to harass, spam, or harm other users
• ●Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Bot
• ●Use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

Abuse of the Bot may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

• ●Sorea is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
• ●We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
• ●The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• ●We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice

• ●Sorea is provided free of charge and without warranty of any kind
• ●We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of the Bot
• ●We are not responsible for actions taken by server administrators using Bot features

Sorea's Antinuke feature is designed to help protect your server from malicious actions such as mass bans, channel deletions, role modifications, and unauthorized changes. However:

• ●The Antinuke system operates on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee complete protection against all forms of server attacks
• ●Due to Discord API limitations, rate limits, and network latency, there may be delays in detection and response that could allow some damage to occur before the system intervenes
• ●False positives may occur — legitimate administrative actions may be flagged and reversed by the Antinuke system if they exceed configured thresholds
• ●We are not liable for any data loss, role removals, member bans, channel deletions, or other server modifications that occur as a result of Antinuke actions or failures
• ●Server administrators are responsible for properly configuring Antinuke thresholds, whitelists, and permissions to suit their server's needs
• ●The Antinuke system may take automated punitive actions (ban, kick, strip roles, timeout) against users who trigger protection thresholds — we are not responsible for any disputes arising from these automated actions

By enabling the Antinuke feature, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and agree that Sorea and its developers bear no responsibility for any damages or losses resulting from the use or failure of the Antinuke system.

• ●You may stop using Sorea at any time by removing it from your server
• ●We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user or server that violates these Terms
• ●Upon termination, your server data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Sorea interacts with the following third-party services:

• ●Discord API — Subject to Discord's Terms of Service
• ●MongoDB — Used for data storage

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in this document with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
